Week 4: Wednesday Lab

Your first for loop: Extending the Caesar rotation from one character to a string. Entirely inside Zybooks.
Also, first project released, due 1 week from Sunday night at 11:30 pm. Lab details are entirely inside ZyBooks, at end of Chapter 4. (Zybooks will label it a lab, but it will count as a project.)
Today's lab is itself a small part of Project 1.
For this lab, we will need only the simplest form of for loop over a string, as in the example in Zybooks Figure 5.5.2.
